I find that 75% on the new custom cabinetry clients have no idea the difference between a Face Frame cabinet and a Frameless cabinet.
Now**Class** today’s lesson is a very informative one, in fact I might even say that 50 % of this posts readers will discover something new about their OWN home cabinetry after reading it!

Now for the “rest of the story”.
Most Home Builders will contract with frameless cabinet companies for your Kitchen but how will “I” know;
if you look in your Kitchen, look at the cabinet (upper or lower) that ends into a wall, see if there is an out of place piece of wood between the upper/base and the wall it ends into, well if there is that’s that called a filler. Your cabinet didn’t fit so they added a piece to fill in the gap.
90% of track home are built with frameless PREFABRICATED cabinets and they all have fillers.
Face frame CUSTOM cabinets from C and L have only a 1/4″ GAP next to a wall to get them in, “measuring errors are “not an option”!
Now I hope you haven’t dozed off because here comes the BIGGIE, why do 90% of Home Builders use Frameless cabinets::::::::(now everyone together) “MEGA PROFIT”!!!!!!!!!!!
They can import boxes from overseas, slap a door or drawer onto one and not interfere with their stockholders dividends.
I have found that C and L’s pricing is very competitive with the frameless cabinet companies, as most frameless company’s are not looking for the repeat or referred client, WE ARE!
