In custom how important is the installation and the installation crew?

It’s  a real eye opener to think how many customers over the years we have had, and how many have asked about the quality of our installation and our installation personal. Starting with quality custom cabinetry is very important. We know as consumers there’s good, better and best quality in every product on the market. Most of the time,      let me correct that previous wording,     ALL OF THE TIME  we will select the “BEST” product if it fit’s into our budget. In our industry having the best custom product isn’t enough, we have to have the best delivery and installation crews to make sure we have a 100% satisfied customer with our “best” custom product. Here’s some essential knowledge for any consumer prior to signing on that dotted line.

#1 – Who will be in my home installing our custom Kitchen:

a-The person that sold it to me?

b-An outside company that contracts with  the company that sold me my Kitchen?

c- Quality trained and certified personal employed by the company  that sold me my Kitchen?
