Temecula, located in southern california, is home to the Hot Air Balloon Festival, Pechanga Resort and Casino, Movie and TV actors, Major League Baseball players, songwriters and musicians, LPGA Golfers, Championship motocross racers, and the list goes on and on. And don’t forget Larry F, the last husband of Elizabeth Taylor. But what really puts Temecula on the map are some of the world’s finest vineyards and wineries, including Callaway, Leoness Cellars, Danza del Sol, and Greystone.
We were wondering “why do wine grapes excel in Temecula?”. As it would happen, one of our clients had the answer. The reason they gave is the natural “V” formed by the mountain range starting at the Pacific Ocean. Apparently, it carries the perfect climate right up to Temecula’s backdoor. You now qualify as an expert in the book of “what I never really needed to know about Temecula”!
